I opened my agency in 2002 after working in State Farm management, bringing a strong understanding of the business and a focus on serving customers the right way. Today, our team includes four members who work together in a relaxed, service-oriented environment. I’m a sixth-generation Texan, a graduate of Texas A&I with a business degree, and a proud husband and father of two.
Giving back is important to me, and I stay involved in efforts such as the Austin Opera fundraiser and MD Anderson lung cancer research initiatives. Our office culture is laid back but focused, with an emphasis on great customer service and taking ownership of your role. We’re looking for self-starters who are dependable, customer-focused, and motivated to do meaningful work.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation: $36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
